At Palmer Custom Homes each home is backed by our comprehensive 1-2-10 warranty package to ensure peace of mind and long-term satisfaction.

You’ll benefit from a 1-year cosmetic warranty that covers workmanship and materials. This means any issues related to finishing touches or surface-level problems will be addressed in a timely manner.

In addition, there is a 2-year mechanical warranty covering the electrical, plumbing, HVAC, sewer, and propane systems. If anything goes awry with these critical home systems during this period, repairs will be handled promptly.

Finally, Palmer Custom Homes offers a Third Party 10-year structural warranty that protects against major structural defects. This includes pre-pour foundation, mechanical, structural and final inspections.  This long-term coverage is designed to safeguard the integrity of your home’s essential components well into the future.
